The hotel itself was beautiful. Room was very comfortable and clean, and even came with a private terrace and a AC unit with a remote control. Breakfast was delicious with of a variety of pastries, fruit, eggs, dairy, and cereal. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

The lady on the front desk for night shift was an absolute pleasure. She showed our party of 18 to each of their rooms. The rooms were large and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top notch. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I loved the location of La Residenza. It was perfectly situated as a base in order to visit all of the Rome attractions. The rooms were spacious and were turned down daily. Reception staff were super-helpful. The hotel restaurant was very popular both with guests and vistors. It had a really good menu and the food was fantastic. Breakfast was also included in the room-rate and was lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

Huge room with 3 beds was perfect for our family of 4. AC was amazing during the heat wave. Free breakfast was also great each morning. Bathroom was modern with a full walk in shower.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We are in a heat wave and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. We found the breakfast, which was included with our stay, to be wonderful. The location was minutes from the Spanish Steps and within a 20 minute walk of most places of interest in old Rome. I highly recommend this hotel.
