I have to say the hotel is well kept the rooms were very clean. The staff were the kindest and the location was excellent. A few steps from the Spanish steps. We’re definitely stay again.
This was the best hotel we stayed at in Europe- we thoroughly enjoyed it and loved the location! I would stay there every time if I could- perfect! Wish we would have found something like it in Paris.
This hotel has a great location to the train station and within walking distance to the famous museum and other landmarks. Some staffs are very friendly, but some might need improvement.
My biggest issue is that the hotel charged 10 euro for temporary luggage storage after we checked out. This is a bit surprising since I have never been charged for all the numerous travels I have ever done. In addition, the hotel room doesn’t have coffee machine, but will charge 1.5 euros for an espresso at the lobby.
Overall I still gave a 4 rating.
Very clean, good size. Problem was shower was overfilling and drainage was an issue, but good location

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel was simply okay. The room was clean, although the bathroom not so much, and was very compact with no windows (well there was a skylight that you couldn’t open or see out of)- that said I was in an economy room. The air con worked well.
No soundproofing whatsoever, I mean none. You can hear everything at all hours.
The staff were okay and the location was quite good.
This is in NO way a four star hotel. It is a three star hotel max. I have stayed in a four star hotel in Rome twice before so I am able to compare accordingly.
Our only issue was we could not change the mini split in our room from heat to AC. It needed to be done from the front desk but once that once done it was excellent.
Nice clean hotel, very quiet
Clean hotel, nice staff, breakfast was delicious. Air conditioning was not on yet so we had to keep windows open for air circulation and rooms were small so warm . Some late night noise occasionally that would not have been an issue but windows were open
We absolutely love staying here. It's not our first time and won't be our last!
I travelled with my Nonno, so we booked two separate rooms. We requested both rooms to be on the second floor, overlooking Via Piemonte. They delivered on this request! Both rooms were ready nice and early. Very clean, airconditioned and modern. Extremely comfortable beds and an abundance of towels in each room. Super cute little balconies overlooking the street. Very yummy breakfast with a variety of Italian and American classics (so cornetti, Italian marmelades, pastries, and also bacon & eggs and whatnot).
The hotel's location is also exceptionally convenient.
The girl at the front desk (I regret that I can't remember her name, but she's from Ecuador, I believe!) was exceptionally kind and helpful. We had originally booked one room to share for our final day in Italy (we did two nights to begin, toured for ten days and then returned for a final night in Rome). We decided separate rooms was just easier for both of us, and so during checkout of our first stay, she helped us book a second room and ensured that both rooms would be 2nd floor, facing Via Piemonte upon ohr return! She was trumy wonderful. Also, the man who tended to our luggage was very helpful as well!
Great location and overall excellent stay. The room was very comfortable and everything was in perfect condition. The only issue was that at check-in we were not informed that our rate included breakfast. We only realized it on the last day when we checked our reservation details, so unfortunately we were only able to enjoy it once.
This Hotel was a treasure, a real find! It is close enough to many of the sites you want to see, but just far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful and accessable, and great examples of what service oriented is all about! Loved it!
The hotel was decorated beautifully and was clean. It was in a great location being a 20 minute walk from the train station and the Trevi fountain. Although for only one evening, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return
