Hotel was very clean. First night was an abbaration as someone did not clean the floor. They fixed it in the morning and hereafter everything was great. Staff was amazing, less than 20 minute walk to Termini, and some nice local spots. Very authentic regular working people neighborhood. Would stay again

Our little oasis

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful such a wonderful little oasis. The staff were so helpful and couldnt do enough to make you feel like a special guest,nothing was too much trouble even opening the bar for us when it had closed. I really cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our 8 night stay. We will really miss them. Oh and the breakdasts are really good value for money too.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel felt cozy overall. My room was clean, and the bathroom looked recently renovated, which was great. However, the area around the property was quite dirty, and the Smart TV in my room wasn't connected to WiFi, so it didn’t work during my stay. Other than that, everything else was good.

Is Rome, great staff and people. Everything is walkable distance 30 minutes from Coliseum 42 from fautian. Tram is right around the corner. The neighborhood is a testament to the kindness of people of Italy. Enjoy!!

Property was great. Area did not feel safe. Okay during the day, unable to clarify after hours. Transport not near. Walking to the train station 15mins via different streets. Once I got my bearings I was okay. Not suitable if you want to catch train or shuttle bus to the are port if you have luggage pathways poor, not good for bag wheels.

Pretty hotel, lovely staff

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and fell in love with this hotel. We had 2 rooms, one a triple in pics and a double that looked exactly like the blue/yellow room on website. It’s off the beaten track but only a 10 min walk to train stations. It felt authentically Italian which we loved, it’s an older building so has a shabby glamorous feel to it but all amenities worked perfectly. The staff were really lovely and helpful whenever we needed them/passed them. While we were there it was quiet during day and night so got a great sleep. Such a pretty hotel, I would definitely go back if I return to Roma
