Good little hotel, but difficult to find, there was no sign but rather a buzzer as the building was shared with apartments. Did have a few issues such as cleaniness with sheets, finding blood on a pillow and some noise coming from other rooms.

Bedbugs

The room a friend and I stayed in had very dry air. It also smelled a bit like mold. We woke up coughing and with dry mouths during the night and in the morning. We also got bedbugs during our stay.

It was difficult to find, with just a small sign and a buzzer to get in. The elevator was also problematic to say the least The pictures on Expedia don't match reality at all. I wouldn't even consider it a proper hotel. As a solo female traveler, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so l left immediately. When I requested a refund, they declined. I'll take the loss. My safety and peace of mind comes first.

Disgusting owner. I never got to check into this hotel. I had my travel documents stolen the night before my check in. I was only checking in as I had to remain in Rome to get new documents. I went around 11 to see in I could leave my bags. I had other ID including a European citizenship card which has my picture, my drivers licence which has my picture and a photocopy of my passport. She informed me that she needed my passport in hand. I explained my circumstances. She called the owner who told me to come back at check in and we would work something out. When I returned he refused to check me in even with all my additional ID. He kept telling me that it was the Italian law. The law states that you need government issued ID. Which I had. But he would only accept the passport in hand. When I asked for a refund since he was refusing my check in he said no. Its impossible. They even refused to give me his name. He literally put me out on the street with no where to go at that time. These people are dishonest and thieves. To take someone’s money, refuse service and then put a single women out on the street is absolutely disgusting. I contacted Expedia but they were no help either. Definitely would never recommend this hotel.
