Check in was confusing. I was let in by the cleaning lady who had to track down the proprietor. I was eventually given my keys and able to put my luggage away. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I slept well for the one night I spent there. There was no breakfast though which was disappointing.

The room was very closed to the metro. The street is very busy but we heard nothing thanks to the effective windows. The staff is very kind. I highly recommend it !

Clean room and friendly house lady.

Beautiful and clean room! Cleaning service every day. Easy contact with the house lady! Very friendly. Only thing is in the shower there was no shelf or place to put your shampoo or soap.

Comfortable stay. Room was being cleaned and tidied daily. Excellent location, walkable to Vatican museum and St. Peter Basilica. Metro station is only 3-5mins away and 5mins walk to the shopping mall from metro station and also there's a supermarket at the basement of the mall. Arjona, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating. She'd had given us useful informations while during our stay in Rome/Vatican.. food, tourist spot.. etc. We had encountered some issues during our stay but it was attended immediately and won't not affect our 5star review. Arjona os an excellent host. Highly recommended.

The guesthouse was very clean and the staff were very kind and there was very good communication. The location is very convenient for someone like me who was mainly there for the Vatican city and Jubilee Year pilgrimage. The had a well equipped kitchen with seating area for use and the bed was comfortable. For the price the room is well worth it. The only complaint I had was about the noise level inside of the guesthouse. If other guests are coming in late or are up at night you can hear everything and it can get loud. You do get a set of keys and have to go in and out of a couple apartment doors but nothing one cannot get used to. As a solo traveler I did enjoy my stay!

駅から見える場所にあって交通の便はとても良かったです。どれがホテルか分からなくて探しましたが（マンションの中の1つ）。バチカン美術館まで歩いて10分～15分、テルミニ駅までも20分くらいかな、なかなか良かったです。

The property was not as described on the advertisement. There was no Internet. No no balcony. No City view. When asked where we could park. The attendant seemed less interested in answering our Question than attending to whatever she was doing on her computer. This property is a sublet. Seems they have parking on side, but do not offer it to anybody renting the property. The attendant was rude, and she didn’t care what we needed. What we had or didn’t have. The property is in expensive, but in a neighborhood I would probably not stay in again. Next time I would rather pay more.

Veldig fint område, Vatikanet er bare noen minutter unna. Mange fine restauranter og kafeer i nærheten Eneste problemet var innsjekking. Det står at innsjekking er kl 13.30, men når jeg kom var det ingen her. Måtte vente i 2 timer før noen svarte på telefon, så det var skuffende

A localização é simplesmente fantástica! Eu estava em frente à estação Valle Aurelia do Metro A, o que facilitou muito a minha locomoção. O metrô leva diretamente à estação bem próximas ao Vaticano, à Fontana di Trevi, a outros pontos turísticos centrais e à Estação Termini. Além disso, a estação de metrô compartilha o local com uma estação de trens regionais da Trenitalia, sendo um ponto de partida excelente para explorar outras regiões da Itália. Para quem gosta de caminhar, o Vaticano fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé de distância. O bairro é muito tranquilo e seguro, e há bons comércios na Via Cipro, que fica logo acima da Via Angelo Emo, onde está a hospedagem. Um bônus é o mini shopping ao lado da estação de Metrô, que conta com lojas diversas (roupas, eletrônicos, sapatos) e uma praça de alimentação com opções como McDonald’s e KFC. O quarto em que fiquei era muito confortável, uma verdadeira suíte com banheiro individual. A cama era macia, os travesseiros eram bons e a toalha era macia, proporcionando ótimas noites de sono. Quanto ao banheiro, o box é um pouco pequeno, mas é algo comum e esperado em acomodações na Itália, não sendo um problema. A limpeza do quarto é diária e impecável. Além disso, a equipe da hospedagem é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendo vivamente esta hospedagem a todos que procuram uma estadia agradável, bem localizada e com ótimo custo-benefício em Roma!

La proprietaria è molto disponibile anche per ckeck in tarda serata, le istruzioni sono chiare e facile da seguire. La struttura è vicinissima alla fermata della metro Valle Aurelia. Pulizia ottima.

Extremely friendly host. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, just have to ask or look in the fridge. Terrace was an excellent benefit. Location was perfect if you want to visit the Vatican, and not far by bus or metro from anywhere else you’d want to go. VERY close to the train station - getting to the airport was a breeze. Comfy bed. Would stay again!

Great stay

I was welcomed and shown my room and in the morning I had breakfast and given a map of the areas I wanted to see. I was ready to check out earlier than breakfast the next morning and I called and he responded right away to tell me not to worry, that my bags would be fine until I came back. He even told me how to take the bus system. I was welcomed and I felt comfortable the whole time.
