Loved the rooftop pool and bar area combined with the central location …. that’s really why we chose it. Pool gets busy late afternoon as you’d expect, but it’s the perfect way to cool off after exploring the city all day. Pillows were excellent. Lovely staff. Upgraded to prestige room on arrival. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very large. Hotel was central and easy to travel from. Breakfast was excellent and had many options. We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Rome while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely with plenty of choice. Everything made our stay feel relaxed and special. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Stayed here a couple times now and both times upon check-in. The keys didn’t work. We got to the hotel room little inconvenience cause the elevators are quite slow other than that. Great location great staff.
