The suite was in a great little neighborhood and close to everything, staff were accommodating and everything was clean. Great place if you want to do alot of sight seeing and dining out and wandering the streets of Rome. We felt at home

Perfect location! While the street-level entryway made us a bit hesitant at first, any doubts vanished the moment we reached the first floor. Our room was wonderful, clean, and a truly delightful surprise.

Check in on Expedia’s site said 2pm and checkout said 11am. But hotel notes check in was 2:30 (they still were able to make up our room before 2pm, which was nice). Overall good experience without stay. Would have been nice to see pictures of the actual room itself on Expedia’s site.

Apartment was nice and clean and spacious. About a 15 to 20 minute walk to most of the landmarks. Front entrance is currently under renovation. No elevator.

We arrived after 24 hours of flights and transfers. We dropped our bags and went for dinner when we came back the power was off. I sent an email. I did not hear back at all. An electrician was sent in and we found that the whole block was out. No hot water no shower no lights no air-conditioning. It was a terrible night trying to sleep in the heat not to mention not having a shower. It would’ve been nice if they had at least acknowledged my email and they still haven’t. I realize it’s not their fault, but I conversation was definitely warranted.

This was a great rental. There is some construction going on in the downstairs main entrance hall area as well as the main courtyard. There is also a bar on the first floor that opens at night. It is not a hotel so there is no front desk staff but the directions to get into the property and find the key where fairly simple there’s a great coffee shop just around the corner

Very clean room, friendly staff, let us in 30 mins before, EXCELLENT location. The only thing I didn’t like was the building entrance and stairs were pretty dim and dark although light was on.

The building is being restored. The main hall is scaffolded and dusty with cement. The actual room though which was located a flight above the construction was a separate section and it was clean. The room was brand new and smelled fresh. The location was 2 minutes from Piazza Navona. Superb location. Communication was fast and efficient on WhatsApp.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. However, the shower is incredibly small, barely accommodating anyone. Additionally, there’s ongoing construction, making it impossible to sleep in after 8 am. If your intention is to relax and unwind at the place, I wouldn’t recommend it. Simply sleep and leave.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Rome when booking it. I was unaware that this would have a virtual check-in with no front desk at the location so when arriving and learning this information, I was a little bit taken back as I wasn’t aware of this in advance, I did enjoy the day. The rooms were very clean. The accommodations were good. Location was great. I give it a four star only because it didn’t have a front desk and had more of an Airbnb field to it, but for the cost, it should’ve been a hotel feel again. Everything in the room was comfortable. The beds were well maintained, and since we only needed it for one night, it was a good selection. They were not able to hold your luggage so we did have to put luggage in a locker, which was actually at a nearby location to the hotel.

Area was lovely, but the accommodation was extremely poor. The photos did not show an accurate representation of the bathroom creating a situation in which my elderly parents could not shower. There was mold in the bathroom. Have the owners the opportunity to rectify but nothing was done.Would not stay again.

I would not recommend this hotel. The only real positive was the location, but everything else about the stay was extremely disappointing. Communication before arrival was poor. The person I dealt with on WhatsApp was very unresponsive, and I was told registration links had been sent beforehand when they had not been. This made the check-in process more stressful than it needed to be. When I arrived at the property, there was no one at the check-in desk, so there was no clear support or guidance on-site. The property itself also had major issues. There was no power for around three hours after arrival, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. The building smelled very strongly of industrial cleaner, and there were workers in the main hallway, which made the place feel unfinished and uncomfortable. It did not feel like a proper hotel experience. Noise was another major problem. There is a bar directly beneath the property, and it was packed with people and extremely loud. If you are hoping for a quiet or relaxing stay, this is not the place. Overall, the location was good, but that was the only redeeming quality. Between the poor communication, lack of staff, power outage, strong chemical smell, hallway workers, and loud bar downstairs, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel lobby entrance was extremely dirty due to lots of construction materials because remodeling work was ongoing onsite. Hotel rooms were on 2/F, but there was no elevator. If you have heavy luggage or has mobility limitations, do not consider this hotel. As for the hotel room, it was clean and spacious, but with only one room key, which is not convenient for two guests.
