Our room was very clean, set up for our stay. We were able to leave our luggage ahead of checking in. The breakfast was a great selection of yogurt, fruits, pastries, eggs, cheeses, meats and juices along with fresh coffee.

Breakfast contained several options of protein, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries and cheeses. Fresly brewed coffee, selection of juice as well as dry cereal. Our room was clean quiet. We also enjoyed dinner and cocktails one night. Great service and delicious choices on the menu.

We stayed at the Navona Street Hotel in September for 4 nights. The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and had a friendly helpful staff, especially Alessia. The location was walking distance to all the major things we wanted to see including the Vatican, Colosseum, Forum and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of restaurants, stores and places to have our daily aperitivo experiences!! The staff helped us several time with our questions, directions, recommendations and were polite and genuine with the help. Breakfast was wonderful with the typical Italian breakfast foods and coffees. I would recommend this hotel to people considering staying in Rome that want access to all the historical sites they want to see. Also was walking distance to Trastevere which is a wonderful area to enjoy.

Great location, excellent staff, good breakfast available to set you up for a day of exploration! Everything you want to see in Rome is within walking distance. It’s a small hotel; all rooms on ground floor - so it can be noisy with people / staff going through the room area

The staff made us feel like VIPs. Very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very quiet given its location in the center of the city. Then we would step outside and be in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the dining and shopping around Piazza Novana. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and easily walkable to many of the major sights in Rome. The hotel reception was helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. And we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. And most importantly for a visit to Rome in July, the air conditioning is very very good. For those visiting from the US, absolutely no issue keeping it as cool as you would back home.

The hotel staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. They pack us breakfast night before we left the hotel as we had an early morning flight before the cafe was open for breakfast. Will love to come back here when visiting Rome again.

Small but nice

Amazingly wonderful staff! Unfortunately not well suited for wheelchair users! Very small rooms! We were in the room with the hot tub and it was smaller than our cruise ship room! No closit and two very small drawers! Breakfasts were fabulous but not accessible by wheelchair so we often skipped them. Great convent location close to everything and staff made our stay bearable.
