Lucas was so helpful with recommendations on how to spend our time as a first visit to Rome along with arranging transport to the airport. Great location-able to walk to all the sites. Enjoyed the roof top bar for drinks and breakfast.

It was absolutely the most exceptional experience. I lost my passport at the airport and without their outstanding knowledge and contacts, I wouldn’t have known what to do. Luca and his outstanding team were professional, and it was a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is great as was breakfast on the beautiful roof. But concierge staff was uneven. Some were not familiar with area and gave poor directions and one forgot to make taxi reservation to airport. Bathroom and bed and pillows are very comfortable. Any improvements would be to get drawer space and have some outlets that include ports for electronics.

What I recall best was the large room. great location, rooftop bar and the great help from the front desk at check in - letting us know by text when the room was ready - and checking out. We were in rush to leave early: thanks for getting our taxi, checking on their arrival, and the espresso while we waited.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really loved it. Location has groceries and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were great. Only small issue is the rooftop access requires you to buy a drink. Not. Huge issue given the view. We’ll stay here again when we’re in Rome again.

The hotel is very clean, and good positioned, nearby piazza Venezia and via del Corso. It has a very nice rooftop and I enjoyed the view during the breakfast. The personnel is friendly. I stayed in the single room, which is quite basic and small, but good for a short stay. The room was very clean and I heard no noises from the street; the bed is confortable and the airco worked properly.
