My husband and I stayed here on our very first visit to Rome over a week ago, and then again at the end of our trip when we ventured back to Rome several days later from our travels. Arianna was exceptional, and so very friendly. I am sad I did not remember everyones name but I can say that all of the staff were, from receiption, to the rooftop bar to housecleaning very amazingly friendly and made you feel special. I love this hotel, the room we were given with terrace is stunning. Rooftop patio and breakfast is also exceptional. A feast for the eyes as well. We would stay here again and I will be recommending it to all my friends! Well done Hotel Otivm! Favourite hotel of our 21 day trip! We walked from hotel to spanish steps, Trevi fountain and to the Coliseum but there are so many more things close you will see what a great location it is.

Perfect location! We had a wonderful stay here…the staff are amazing! Ariana especially made us feel very special and well taken care of! Beautiful rooftop breakfast in the morning. Everyone we encountered were fantastic! We are coming back to Rome in a few days and will stay here again!

The staff displayed extreme rudeness and offered no assistance when my husband fell sick with food poisoning. Our room was positioned directly above a parking garage, subjecting us to the incessant noise of its opening and closing throughout the night, causing our room to shake each time.

Good morning Shannon,I think your review is very unfair for these reasons:you showed up this morning just before check-out time asking for late check-out and we responded to you what we respond to everyone. That is, yes, it can be done, but for an additional fee. This is not being rude, it is the rule. You were the one who decided that you did not want to do the late check-out when you knew it would not be free. Unfortunately, the hotel is full today, and by providing free late check-out to you, we would have had to keep someone else waiting. Also, when you told us that your boyfriend was sick, we offered to give you the address of the doctor's office in Trastevere and you replied that you had already arranged it on your own.I hope you still enjoyed your stay in the most beautiful city in the world.I wish you a good evening!

Wir durften drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbringen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls dies nicht gewünscht ist, sind auch genügend Busse oder der Hop on Hop off Bus in der Nähe. Das Hotel war sauber, jedoch war z.B. der Wasserkocher defekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Schade fand ich, dass es das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Dachterrasse nur von 8-10 Uhr gab. Es wurden zwar Lunchboxen angeboten, jedoch konnten diese mit dem Buffet nicht mithalten und wollte man z.B. den Vatikan besuchen, musste man aufgrund der geringen Zeitspanne aufs Buffet verzichten. Daher würde ich das Hotel eventuell nicht nochmal buchen. Ich würde es toll finden, wenn das Buffett von 7-10 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen würde. Cocktails kosteten 20 Euro, waren es jedoch bei dem Ausblick wert.

This is a great little hotel that is impeccably designed. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Great location and enjoyed the area. Roof top bar is nice, but a little noisy if you are on the 5th floor.

Hôtel de bonne qualité en plein centre de Rome à deux pas des principales attractions. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La rue est un peu bruyante mais les chambres bien isolées. Le roof top pour le petit déjeuner est sympa mais peu de places. Le bar en rdc est aveugle et pas très attractif. Les tarifs des cocktails prohibitifs.

overall it was average hotel. no complimentary water, which is weird for a 4 star hotel. no bathrobe. t.v wasn't working. when a train pass nearby the whole room was vibrating. location was great, staff were nice and helpful breakfast very few options. and the coffee was terrible.

We had a great experience with the Otivm Hotel. Very convenient location, bus stops just a block away and a small grocery next door was very convenient. We never got a chance to take advantage of the rooftop bar but the view was spectacular. The room itself was good, no complaints. A little sparse but the bed and bathroom were good. We did find it odd that the chromecasts were open network, so you could cast to a different rooms Chromecast. I was in a different hotel recently that had figured out how to make them closed network so you had to scan a QR code on the TV to cast to the room's Chromecast.

Really great location. Surprisingly quiet for being quite centrally located. Staff was great. Rooftop bar was really nice to have. It's on the pricier side but worth it for the convenience. Only suggestion is improved coffee in the room- we didn't do breakfast at the hotel so I can't speak to that. But it's conveniently located to a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

This place doesn’t really deserve 4 star, we had a comfortable stay but it wasn’t at the 4 star hotel quality. The shades were not closing completely. Elevator was taking a long time to come. The safe was too small. The room was super simple. Lot of the leectric sockets didn’t work. They don’t even offer a free bottle of water, and they charge €3 for one. I wouldn’t pick this hotel next time.

We were traveling with another party and really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, fun location and rooftop views. Breakfast offerings were very good and the staff went out of thier way to make sure we enjoyed the meal.

Convenient location to coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Only thing is that there isn't a stair case inside hotel since the elevator is quite small (the stair case leads to the street from inside the hotel).

This property does not have curb appeal. It is literally on the street however we were able to walk to many of the best sites Rome has to offer. Great breakfast at a good value but drinks in afternoon very expensive. Room clean but very small. Loved the king bed and bedding so comfortable. I would stay here again but request a larger room

Perfect location walkable to most of the main attractions. Room was a good size, clean and modern. Staff was helpful with getting rides. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel - everything is within a 20 min walk. They arranged a pick up for us at the airport too! Very clean and up to date, air conditioning worked great, breakfast buffet was excellent on the rooftop. Highly recommend!!

We were welcomed in a warm and friendly way, and the warmth remained with all the staff. We very much enjoyed the rooftop bar, where the interesting cocktails were accompanied, to our surprise, by delicious and quite filling antipasti/tapas. Anyway, the view was sufficient to make our stop at the bar a memorable experience. And the breakfast was tasty as well. We hope to return soon.

This hotel is right in the middle of Rome and surrounded by a lot of history. You can walk 2 blocks and see more ruins than you every thought. Very easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shopping. And the staff does an excellent job getting you a taxi if needed. Know that the elevator is very small (3 people is a stretch). Breakfast is very good on the roof terrance. Drinks in the evening can be a bit pricey. But the view up there is awesome.
