떼르미니 역에서 가까운 위치에 있습니당. 저는 수페리어를 4박 이용했는데, 객실은 천장이 높으며 룸서비스 시킬때 10유로가 추가로 붙더라구요ㅠㅠ 화장실은 굉장히 크고 깔끔한 돌로 되있습니다. 가격에 비해 엄청 추천드리진 않지만, 나름 만족한 호텔입니다.

테르미니역 근처라해도 바로 옆 정류장 492번 버스 이용등에 매우 용이해서 안전함 직원들은 친절한 편이나 체크인시 다른 컴플레인 고객응대하느라 체크인 지연되어 약간 아쉬웠음 그리고 생수를 첫날만 줌 조식은 무난한 수준 특징없음 호텔에 붙어있는 루프탑바와 레스토랑 준수함 지하 수영장시설 및 스파시설 갖춘 것도 장점 기억에 남는건 직원들 외모가 뛰어남;)

호텔 자체 굉장히 좋습니다. 시설 훌륭하고 서비스 젛은데 조식은 좀 아쉽네요..... 스파는 있지만 그냥 컴플리멘터리 수준이니 기대는 안 하는게 좋구여. 대신 위치나 친절도는 짱 좋아요.

추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔
테르미니역에서 가까운 5성급 호텔로서 두 번이나 전원이 다운됐음. 결국 못 고치고 방을 바꾸어 주었으나 청소가 안 되어 있고 비품이 없는 방을 제공했음. 관광으로 지친 몸을 이끌고 편히 쉬지 못한 상태로 30분을 기다렸음. 2년 이상 세계 곳곳의 5성급 호텔을 이용했으나 서비스 및 만족도 최하의 호텔임.

이탈리아에서 가격대비 최악의 숙소였습니다. 냉장고 소음이 심해서 냉장고 전원을 꺼야 했고, 침대에 누웠을 때 주기적으로 진동이있어서 잠에서 깨야 했습니다. 위,아래,옆객실 사람들이 드나드는 소리가 드릴정도 였습니다.

깨끗하고 편리한 호텔
오픈한지 2년밖에 되지않은 호텔이라 무척 깨끗하고 모던했다. 테르미니역 근처에 위치해 있어 교통이 무척 편리하다! 약간 아쉬운것은 좁은 복도 사이에 두고 방문들이 모여 있어서 다른방의 입출입이 좀 시끄럽다.

It has been a very disappointing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel reservation and front desk are not reasonable and not helpful. We had an error in booking and the hotel is not accommodating at all.

Highly recommended
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, at two minutes (one minute if you get lucky with the traffic lights) of Roma Termini, but nevertheless once you enter the gate, you feel like being in a remote luxurious place. The hotel itself is certainly worth its 5 stars - excellent service, very friendly staff (at the door, at the reception, in the restaurant and the cleaning people) and spacious (and quiet - the windows' glass must be extremely thick since I didn't hear any sound coming in from outside) rooms. I'd certainly consider returning, the next time I'm in Rome.

Staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay. First room was not up to our standards so we asked for a different room to which they happily agreed. The breakfast was fantastic!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was a combination of modern and old architecture, very clean with friendly staff who were there for us. We enjoyed buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks including champagne and all kinds of fresh fruit juices and homemade cakes and Italian desserts. Rooftop restaurant has a great view with live music, and we had great time having dinners and drinks there. Rooms are clean and with modern design. SPA and pool area is very nice, clean, and quiet that after a busy day you can relax there. We loved staying there and I recommend it to everyone who has a great taste. N. Nazmi from the US. .

Disappointing stay.
This hotel is very over-priced for the quality of their rooms and the service they provide. We booked a queen bed but instead were given a room with 2 single bed pieced together. We booked a 50min couple massage but was shortchanged cuz only 40min was actually done. The staff is slow in getting our stored luggage and we missed our train despite staying directly opposite the station. The surrounding environment is also not very safe and clean. Overall,I will not book again.

No puedes caminar a las atracciones. Al rededor del hotel está muy sucio y con negocios feos. Lo bueno es que está cerca del tren station. El edificio tiembla al Pasar los autos. Las camas están duras las almohadas duras. El spa no funcionaba.

Likes: Huge suite with two balconies. Great included breakfast (top notch). Great included spa experience. Hotel staff very helpful in calling taxi service for us and for helping us get tickets to the Vatican. Dislikes: Wife was furious because air condition would not cool enough and would shut off. After complaining about this on multiple occasions to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue, except for being told that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. This is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Very stingy on hand soap and other room toiletries. I had to ask for more soap, since they only gave you one tiny bar of soap. Shower leaking water through the shower walls onto the suite wood floor. This was brought to the front desk’s attention. Cocktails and fancy dinner at the hotel restaurant were way overpriced for what you got. The breakfast which was included in our rate was actually better that our dinner there.
