Perfect for our needs. Excellent location with lots of buses/trams but we walked to all the main sites in less time than google maps suggested. It is 5 rooms on the 2nd floor of a pretty unassuming building but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate, you tick a list of what you want and a what time and hang it on your door and it arrives in the morning. The members of staff where friendly & helpful. We popped back during the da6 for a rest and the room had been serviced. Would recommend.

Very classic inter city hotel. Small under 10 rooms. Breakfast continental is brought to your door and they want you to take it in. Don’t expect it left in the hallway. Hint wear clothes to answer the door 20mins to Vatican 20 mins to Colosseum $$12 Euro train station . Use GPS to get around Fun trying to find the entrance to this hotel. On 2nd level

This hotel was in the perfect spot. It was easy to walk to the Patheon and Trevi Fountain. The coffee pot in the advertise wasn’t there but they did have instant coffee. The staff was good but didn’t know about a marathon outside the B&B. we had to walk several miles to get a taxi to the Train Station. All in all, it was a nice and clean place to stay.

Lovely little hotel.
I loved this little hotel. Its location was perfect. Walking distance to almost everywhere. Bus and tram stops just outside too. Our room was the only one with a balcony with a view of some Roman ruins which was amazing. The room itself was a little small but expected. We had a round bed which was interesting. Great lighting and two large windows which both opened to the balcony. The bathroom was nice and the shower was good but the water pressure was a bit temperamental but to be expected in an old building. The usual safe and kettle complimentary coffee was available. Continental breakfast was included and served to the room on a tray. Room was cleaned daily and the staff were polite and very helpful. Don’t forget the tourist tax per person on arrival. Overall a great little hotel and I’d stay here again.

Excellent location in Rome old city, on Argentina Square, across Curia Pompeii where Emperor Julius Caesar was stabbed to death. Access to the hotel - actually a B&B - not easy if one has a big suitcase (about 10-12 steps, a tiny elevator). Rooms very small. Breakfast only Continental (you mark what you want from a list, and hang the list out on door knob in the evening)served on a tray by a very nice and pleasant guy, to your tiny room.
