I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—and a big part of that was thanks to Pasquale. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering local tips, helping with anything I needed, and always greeting me with a warm smile. The hotel itself was clean, charming, and perfectly located, but it was the personalized service—especially from Pasquale—that made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommend staying here, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Pasquale, you’re in great hands!

During our month long western European vacation we stayed at 6 other bed and breakfasts and although breakfast was not provided this was by far the BEST! Not only because of its reasonable price and excellent location but also advise and kindness shown by the owner/manager. Many thanks for a wonderful 8 night stay.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. It's in a great location right beside the Vatican. Pasquale was a great host and met us outside when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, however the shower is ridiculously tiny. Not sure anything could be done, but it was the only issue we had.

The view of the Vatican was beautiful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very noisy - could not leave window open at night. No basics supplied (soap, shampoo etc). Also there was an extra charge of 25 euros to have linen changed and garbage emptied which was not mentioned before booking.

Very dusty room. We had to move out after 2 nights and rented a hotel because we couldn’t sleep from too much dust. It seems that the room was never vaccumed. It should be against the law to rent rooms with hazardous conditions. The room is very small and area outside is very busy. I don’t mind any of this. But if you can not breathe and your kids are coughing the whole night, it is criminal. This stay made our vacation horrible.

Don't be fool, this is not hotel at all. This is old apartment building converted in to rooms to rent out. The condition of rooms are terrible nothing like the picture. Old windows with chopped off wood, the toilet seat is coming off every time u use bathroom. We stay at this place for 5 nights, they never change the sheet, or gave us a new towel. Never cleaned the room during our stay. The only pro for this place is location.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! It’s not clear what you’re getting from their ad. This is someone’s apartment with several bedrooms and guests. THE BATHROOM IS ON THE HALLWAY AND SMELLS LIKE MOLD. We have to pass other rooms to get to the bathroom. We have to pass through scary rundown courtyard and dark unkempt stairwell to get to 3rd floor. There’s no security or front desk. You open your door with your phone and the internet. I expected a Hotel and I got an apartment. I’m not happy. They should advertise it for what it is- as an apartment.

The property has a great location since Vatican City was right behind it but it had the following problems: 1. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait while they cleaned the room which put us off since we had taken a long and early flight and were looking forward to resting 2. The room was unclean after it was ready. The towels provided had strands of hair in it, the blankets were dusty and the cups provided were dirty 3. They did not have basic toiletries provided and the hair dryer did not work. Had steam coming out of it and it stopped. The host was kind enough to replace the hair dryer 4. On our last night there was no hot water. When we called the host to let them know about it, they mentioned that it was not possible and asked us to wait. After that he did not pick our calls up and the water continued to remain cold next day as well. 5. We had to ask them multiple times to clean our room. Despite requesting to clean our room, there was miscommunication between the host and the cleaning person and we had to come back to a dirty room and request again. 6. The elevator is extremely small and we have to always climb up or down the stairs to access the elevator. This is extremely difficult when you are lugging around suitcases. Because of all these reasons we will not be visiting the place again, despite the location. I am sure there are better places to stay around the area.

El baño esta muy sucio, con hongo negro en las paredes, te dejan una cafetera, pero no café. La Reservacion dice con desayuno y me dijeron que no ofrecen desayuno desde la pandemia que terminò en el 2022. En la pared hay una nota escrita que dice que si quieres limpieza en la habitacion tiene un costo de $25 . Sin embargo el host Pass fue muy atento y cortes y hace arreglos para la llegada y salida al aeropuerto. Estuve en otro hotel 4 días antes y ofrecian todo pagando un poco mas.

This room was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rome! The location is right outside the Vatican with a stunning view of the Vatican wall and papal palace from your window. Many restaurants and shopping spots around you and feels very safe even at night. All the major landmarks are within walking distance as well as the train and metro stations. Pasquale was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here!
