This was our second stay at the hotel and I will definitely stay here again. Location, staff, breakfast are all excellent. The rooms are very spacious which is an added bonus.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. We had a king-size bed that was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice and clean hotel, closely situated to the main sites - just a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and our stay was excellent. We stayed in the annex - don’t stress - it’s just 10 steps from the front desk. Other reviews may make it seem far away but it was really no inconvenience at all. I would happily return.

Was a nice hotel, well maintained and nice quaint restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was a nice addition. Room was comfortable and AC was great. Stayed in the annex building which was a small walk from the original hotel which was perfectly fine. Very good location and very nice staff. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay there again!!

It’s a decent place to stay. The staff was nice. But the rooms are very small. Shower doors needs to open outwards. Very difficult to get in and out of shower when doors open inwards. Coffee makers should be cleaned daily by cleaning staff or be removed completely from room. Otherwise it’s a nice place with friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and clean. Great location, 10 min walk from trevi fountain and about 15-20 min from coleseum. The staff were friendly and helped us get a taxi to the airport. Overall really good experience.

This is a beautiful hotel within reasonable walking distance of the Trevi fountain and colloseum and there are metro and bus stops nearby. The breakfast was excellent although some mornings, the staff were arguing with each other but despite this, they were helpful towards guests and the food selection was excellent. The reception staff were also very friendly and happy to help. The room was reasonably clean but the bed sheets were not the cleanest and there were several hairs under the mattress protector. The drains also stank a bit and our sink clogged however, this was promptly resolved when reported.

The hotel lobby and lobby bathroom are small. I'm only sharing so people know if their room isn't ready, it is crowded getting changed/ready for the day after a long travel. There is not much they can do about it, just letting you know. The staff was wonderful. The room was large, clean and quaint. We LOVED the breakfast. I would stay here again and again.

I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique. They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact. That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour. They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice. Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way). The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms. If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.
