The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing clear and accurate information about access and the check-in/check-out process. Best of all, the location was excellent—within walking distance of many of Rome’s major historical sites. Overall, a great place to stay for exploring the city.

Prime location for Trevi Fountain and straight road down to Colosseum. All staff were well presented, efficient and friendly. Rooftop terrace is a natural suntrap. Recommended! Bar/Restaurant only 30 metres away serving food/drink all day/evening. Safe area.

The location was great. However, entrance to the property wasn't well marked, leading to some confusion/frustration when we first arrived. Staff were great - especially shout out to Ismail, he went above and beyond. A/C was barely functional, even after maintenance came to resolve this issue. Kept it bearable (despite the heat-wave) but not comfortable. All in all better than average but not outstanding.

Really great apartment, we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers in an apartment. It did mean we had the double sofa bed and they had the twin bedroom but it was comfortable and big. Very clean, staff were lovely and a great location especially for the Collaseum

A wonderful stay in a perfect location. The hotel was clean, charmingly decorated, and very comfortable. The location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and always helpful. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again.

There is no sign at the building or in the lobby to tell you that you are in the right place or where to go. The hotel is the 3rd floor of a multi-use building, which is fine except for the lack of direction/instructions. The staff is 100% fantastic - every person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied, plentiful, delicious and fresh each day. The room was very clean but very tiny without drawers or much place to store clothing. Bathroom was clean and roomy and included toiletries.

We were the first timers to Rome. Location is in the walking distance to several main attractions. Superior Apartment unit is large, with kitchen, oven and refrigerator. Bathroom is in good size. Elevator with double doors. Hotel has a rooftop. It is in an old building with no outdoor hotel sign.
