The room was actually part of a B and B. So room was separate from the hotel but close by. Staff was very helpful and even carried our luggage to the other building. Breakfast was delicious but did cost extra but was worth it. Great location. Walking distance to Vatican, Trevi Fountain and other famous spots. Would highly recommend recommend

The apartment was great super clean. The only complaint is you can hear your neighbours like they are in the same room. Other than that I would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with the AC and they helped us. Well located if you want to be close to the main sightseeing. Rooms are ok, the pictures are better than in person. But if you are out all day it’s not a big deal.

Didn’t know that my room was in an apartment building and then within another room to get to mine. Felt like I was in a college dorm. The room smelled like there were cats living there previously. The location was good. Convenient to get to the tourist attractions. Within walking distance to the Trevi fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon among other attractions.

Lovely old building right in the heart of Rome, on the busiest road but it was such a quiet room. Had everything we needed and was so central we could go back shower and change after exploring all day and then go out for dinner, walking distance to all the main sights. Perfect safe location would definitely stay here again

This is a phenomenal location especially if it is your first time. Everything is close and there are a few places to eat immediately outside the property which is very convenient for breakfast. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned very efficiently every day. Some of the rooms have very small bathrooms and the shower in our room was very small. It looked like the soap and shampoo dispensers were all knocked down by people moving around in the shower and installed again. None of them worked. Check-in is in a different location not too far from the rooms which is inconvenient but they help you with your luggage.

This hotel was perfect location to walk to all the major attractions like the Trevi fountains, Pantheon, and colosseum. Short bus ride to Vatican. Staff was very helpful and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast at 15 euros per person. Definitely would stay at hotel again.

Somewhat quaint and odd layout. The check-in is located down the block and then you have to walk to the property but they send a bag attendant to help. The property is somewhat odd - lights in the hallways turn off randomly while you’re still there and moving. The elevator was retrofitted into a stairwell so it is very small and slow. The bedrooms are accessed off a common area which has a kitchen and sitting room which could be helpful. The bedroom was small but so are most guest rooms in Europe. The bathroom looked newly renovated. However, all this being said, the location - right off the piazza Venezia - is right in the heart of all of Rome’s major sites and makes for easy walking to tour. And for the money it’s a very good value. Hotel staff was very helpful with getting cabs and arranging airport transfer also.

We did not see the terrace nor did we have a balcony as the pictures suggested. We did not know the room had a shared living room with other rooms. Overall, it was a good stay, good service, and very centric location. The room was comfortable.

The check in location is a little far from the actual hotel, so you do have a couple walk block after you get your key. The location is in the heart of Rome and easy to get to all of the attractions. It is a little noisy (as to be expected) and the room didn’t get super cool with the AC, but that is fairly standard in Europe. The lights in the building were always off which was a little strange. Overall it’s an affordable stay in a busy area, with gelato right outside.

In my opinion they are are underselling what you actually get here. I found this the perfect location for a two night stay in the very centre of Rome. Check-in although at a sister site just just a little down the street is quick, friendly and right next to a delicious well priced bakery. The room was fantastic. I went for a balcony room which was a great touch and great place to relax after exploring Rome. The room came with seperate communal lounge area with kitchen facility. This serviced the three rooms on our level. Thabk you for making the stay so enjoyable

The room was small but was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay in Rome. the location was perfect, right in the city's center and allowed access to all the major attractions. The only downside besides the room size was the A/C. While it worked well in the common room, in the bedroom it didn't work very well and there was only one tiny window for ventilation so it was a bit stuffy. Other than that, we had a good experience! Keep in mind, you check in at another spot (about 5 min. walk) and then go to the room's address with your key.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regno and would definitely return. Check-in is at one office, followed by a walk with your luggage to another location. Thankfully, the hotel provides luggage assistance, which we appreciated in the extreme heat! The accommodations are set up like an apartment, with 3-4 private guest rooms inside. The living room, dining area, & kitchen are shared with the guests staying in those rooms. This setup was new to us, & I wish it had been explained more clearly before booking. Our private room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the street & the Vittoriano. The balcony has great potential, but chairs or a small table would make it more enjoyable. A larger shade would also help because the sun shone directly in our faces in the am. There was nearby construction, which I guess was outside the hotel’s control. We stayed 1 more day & moved to a smaller room, we experienced considerable noise from the guests above us. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Everyone deserves to rest & enjoy their vacation. Netflix & TV remote did not work properly, so we used our iPad. We did not report it, but the hotel should ensure everything is working before guests arrive. A special shout out to Yolanda! She was sweet, warm, and welcoming the heart of the hotel, in my opinion. The nighttime security guard was also wonderful. The location is excellent, with restaurants and attractions everywhere. Despite a few inconveniences, the amazing staff was amazing! Thank u

We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready yet. Be aware that the place you are staying is not the same place the reception is! The man at the reception was lovely and welcoming. He was friendly and helpful. When we got our key to the room it was a bit disappointing. The room was about a 5 minute walk away from the reception. It seemed a bit bland and the view from the window was other people’s apartments which was a bit strange. The air con in the room did not work. The lowest it went to was 18 degrees which was unbearable. The wifi didn’t work which was also disappointing. The worst thing about the room was that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere and a few even made it up to the bed. Disgusting! We were on the 3rd floor with no balcony so the cleanliness of the room was the issue for there to be ants crawling around. The good thing about the room was the location. It was located near the Victor Emmanuel Monument and a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. Very central location but the overall cleanliness and lack of functioning facilities would make me not recommend or book again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. The location is absolutely perfect expecially is you enjoy walking, and I would say Rome is a city to be walked. The hotel was a 7 minute walk in different directions to The Collesseum, Trevi Fountain, The Partheon and a 30 minutes walk to The Vatican. The hotel is blessed with having multiple restaurants right on the door step, as well as a convenience store to stop up on things for the room. The room was very clean, spacious, nice comfortable bed and a great sized bathroom. In addition to this the room had it's own fridge and the water was stocked up daily. In addition to the amazing room there is a nice communal area should you want to cook or have a full sized dinning table to eat on. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Rome.
