Check-in was straightforward. We met Stefano who gave us an idea of neighbourhood & what was around us. He also sent us WhatsApp messages with details of tours, places to eat etc. Some really lovely restaurants within a minutes walk.

Don’t expect the amenities of a hotel but good

Clean, great location and a place to lay your head at night. No hotel amenities so if that’s what you’re looking for this place isn’t for you. If you’ll barely be in the room this is perfect!

Our stay at Town House Campo de' Fiori

We stayed at Town House for one night as a stopover in Rome enroute to New York. Francesco, the owner, met us at the apartment and was kind enough to bring our bags up to the apartment. The apartment is one room, at the same time modern and traditional, with beamed ceilings and modern accoutrements. Francesco designed the rooms himself and did a great job. There is an elevator but there is a short flight of steps in the building entryway. The bathroom was clean and modern and was well stocked with soaps, shampoo, a comb, toothbrush and so on. There were adequate towels. The shower was good and, unlike some hotel showers, did not leak all over the floor. TV was large screen with many channels but I could not find an English language station. Air conditioning was effective. The area is perfect, with the Campo de' Fiori square about a block away. One could not hear the noise of the square, however. There are many shops along the picturesque narrow, cobble-stoned street and on Sunday there was a sort of street fair with vendors selling mostly jewelry. Occasional vehicles and motorcycles crept down the street-watch out! Not far away is the Via Arenula which has some basic shopping. We were quite satisfied with the room and would return to this location if we should come back to Rome in the future.

Très beau séjour

Très beau séjour, l'ouverture la nuit se fait par page web : étonnant mais très pratique ! La salle de bain est top, le lit de confort normal, la propreté top, bien placé, la rue un petit peu bruyante mais pas trop dérangeant.

This is a nice place on the 3rd floor. It was quiet despite being on a busy street. The location is very good. I had a big problem with the WiFi. To down load anything was very slow to the point that I often didn’t bother Spoke to the desk, but didn’t notice any difference after They offered for me to use the lobby, but in this day and age good WiFi is important in a room They were very helpful with helping me with other things like directions and other services If the WiFi problem was corrected I would stay there again.Nice place with 1 problem

The hotel is located in a good area but the bad things are : cold water in the shower, nobody at the reception to help you. Or if you need anything. I not gonna stay at that hotel again.

La localisation est excellente à distance de marche des principaux attraits touristiques de Rome. Nous y avons séjourné du 19 au 27 juillet 2019. Le quarier est bruyant le soir et en début de nuit, si vous occupez une des chambres donnant sur la rue munissez vous de bouchons d'oreille. La chambre donnant sur la cour arrière est beaucoup plus tranquille. Personnel acceillant et gentil se sont occupés de nos tranports depuis et vers l'aéroport, très pratique au même tarif qu'un taxi...

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Sie sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich heimisch und wir würden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen, wenn wir nach Rom fahren!

Clean, great place to stay in the middle of Rome

It was a clean apartment in the middle of Rome with very close by attractions. Anna helped us enter the apartment after hours through the electronic verification system which was a huge plus. We also had an issue of the fuse going out but they had someone contact us and fix it right away. There was some noise in the street but with the window closed, it wasn’t that bad. The room was clean, modern and right next to the Piazza. The only item to note is that there wasn’t an iron in the room and the AC was a bit confusing to figure out at first, otherwise our stay was great!

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Muy limpio y el personal amable. Había alguna carencia como que la ducha no funcionaba muy bien y la ventana del baño no se podía abrir. La de la habitación tampoco estaba bien y se podía acceder a ella a través de una terraza abierta por lo que teníamos que dejar la persiana bajada.

Super lokalitet og super værter

Opholdet var virkelig godt, og værterne Francesco og Stefano var rigtig gode til at hjælpe os med indcheckning, og var hurtige til at svare på spørgsmål og give os tips til byen. Lokaliteten er super central, og ligger i gåafstand fra alt i centrum. Høj anbefaling til dette sted!

Ce n'est pas vraiment un hotel mais plutot un b&b. L'acceil n 'est ouvert que durant un court laps de temps. Ceci dit a tout moment on peut contacter la conciergerie par telephone. Certaines parlent courrament le francais. Le petit déjeuné se prend a l'exterieur , c'est a cinquante metres. Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres propres.

Tutto a piedi

Posto piazzato in una posizione più che strategica. Non c'è la metro vicinissima (costo taxi da Termini circa 10 euro), ma da Campo dei Fiori a piedi, armandosi di scarpe comode si possono visitare nell'arco di pochi km tutti i principali monumenti del centro. Camera silenziosa e calda, sembra quasi di stare da soli in casa. Bagno completamente ristrutturato, tetto alto con volte in legno. Colazione con buono in un bar vicino. Ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi e poche centinaia di metri anche da Trastevere, uno dei centri della vita notturna romana
