Host was very nice to work with. They accommodated our late arrival and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. However I don’t feel there should be additional charges for such things as sheets, towels and air conditioning. Those should be included in the price

We selected this property based on proximity to Vatican and Metro. The apartment was clean and met our needs. Plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Communication with property manager was always prompt. We arrived a bit early on check on day -- property manager made sure someone met us and allowed us to check in and store luggage which was most helpful! If going- be aware there is a lot of construction in the vicinity (no fault of the property owners) - but that did not detract from our stay. It is a quaint building with lots of old world charm. Also-- be prepared for additional city taxes/fees to be paid on arrival.

Location is great. Unfortunately we were overcharged for various fees. Gas 17 euro per night. I turned on the radiators for heat. There was air in the pipes so they sounded like machine gunfire. I turned them off. Electricity 15 euro per night. For the lights? The amount due at check in was 170 euros more than Expedia said it would be and I had to pay in cash. Expedia says there is nothing they can do about it.

This property has the most ideal location! You are less than a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Communication with Francesca was excellent and the introduction we received to the unit by Ginaluca was excellent as well! If you are looking for a place with a great location, this is it! The restaurants in the area are great as well!

The apartment was actually a really good place to stay, only thing that made it some what uncomfortable was the next door neighbors came out and yelled at us because we accidentally shut the gate a little too hard, and then came to the door once we were inside and yelled some more. But other than that it was good.

The location was great and the apartment was awesome. Loved the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The bedrooms and baths were rooming and the apartment was exceptionally clean. The price was also reasonable. We thought the mattresses were very hard but otherwise everything was great.

Perfectly located.

Very secure unit and quiet, peaceful. Well heated and aircon is also provided. Gas stove is very useful. Oven helps to heal up food. Comfy beds. Some might find the extraction fan a bit noisy but that can be turned off easily. I think it's location is perfect. Groceries and restaurants downstairs.

This wasn't an issue with the property, just unfortunate timing for a lot of construction. Most of the nearby roads were torn up and being worked on during the week. There was a nightly restaurant shutdown (stacking chairs and such), but that wasn't an issue because it finished early enough (11-12).

The apartment itself is nice with 3 nice showers. However, the area it’s in was under extensive construction making the outside of the property quite inaccessible and very dirty. They charge extra for linens and air conditioning. Despite the extra charge, the air conditioning did not cool off the rooms appropriately. The bedrooms read 82 degrees. With temperatures in Rome being in the 90s, this is unacceptable. I would not stay there again.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment during our stay. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and utensils and appliances. The fridge and freezer were especially useful during the hot summer to chill our water and drinks. I also learned how to make coffee using the moka pot which the apartment supplied. The apartment had good wifi, although the signal was weak in the master bedroom - so I have to move closer to the living area for a stronger signal. We experienced a short power outage one morning - although this would have been outside of the owner's control. The apartment was close to the Vatican, the metro, grocery, shops, restaurants - including pizzerias, gelato shops and a cornetto notte. Francesco arranged for our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Although the driver forgot to drop off my in-laws to their hotel. I had to walk them to their accommodation 2 blocks away after we checked-in. Overall, our stay was good and memorable. Our special thanks to Cris who gave us a very warm welcome, attended to us and gave recommendations on where to buy groceries.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt vom Petersplatz. Das B&B ist zunächst etwas schwer zu finden, weil es (ohne Beschilderung) in einem mehrstöckigem Privathaus untergebracht ist, auf dem lediglich am Klingelschild zu erkennen ist, dass dort ein B&B ist. Die "Wohnung" mit den 3 Gästezimmern befindet sich im 4ten Stock, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, jedoch muss man erstmal einen 2 stufigen Absatz hoch. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend geräumig und gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Badezimmer war verhältnismäßig groß! Es gibt zwar nur Italienische Sender im Fernseh, aber dafür hat man WLAN. Das einzige, was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat war das italienische Frühstück. Die Teeauswahl beschränkt sich auf grün- und schwarz, und die Croissants sind alle entweder mit Pfirsichmarmelade oder Vanillecreme gefüllt. Keine Wurst/Käse, kein Müsli. Insgesamt kann ich das B&B Vantaggio aber sehr guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

The hotel is lovely, modern and very clean. Great location, just next to Vatican City! The breakfast was small but nice, the host just could have been a little bit warmer.

호텔스 닷컴에서 잘 구할 수 없는 에어비엔비처럼 집을 빌려주는 형식인데 방마다 에어컨이 있고 침실 두개 화장실도 두개입니다 티비도 큰거 거실에 있고 주방도 잘 갖춰져 있습니다

Property is close to the Vatican, however the area included several homeless people, including one on the front entrance of the building. This is not a true "B&B" property, as some units are apartments and 3 are rentals. Clients did not feel safe in this area, even though there were 5 locks to go through before entering their room. The owner of property was approximately 1 hour away and it was a challenge receiving timely assistance.
