"All the staff excelled during our stay, all were very friendly, pleasant and polite!!! Although I rate this hotel 5*i think the management keep an eye on condition as I thought areas of the bath were starting to look tired. That said it was really clean, with a good shower and plenty of hot water. A spacious bedroom with large comfortable bed. The room was well appointed, complimented by good towels and robes. Continental Breakfast was ample, and the restaurant was extremely clean as were the bar lobby and corridors. My wife and I never found any fault with the hotel, and although our first stay I’m sure it won’t be our last. For a hotel on Canterbury High Street it is definitely value for money."

"Stopped over to break a long journey, great hotel. The staff made it, all really friendly and bent over backwards to help. The food was great, varied menu with some nice twists, and everything we ate was spot on. Great pool too. A little tired in some outside areas (bit of new render wouldn’t go a miss) but lovely grounds. Will definitely use again if passing through and need a refreshing stop."
