Located alongside a beautiful lake with nice sitting area in front of it to enjoy the view. Well maintained hotel with professional staff. My guestroom’s bedroom was up a flight of stairs, not an option for disabled or elderly guests. Lousy internet service. Restaurant was closed when I stayed there.

Comfortable and met our needs.

We stayed as a stopover on a cross-Italy drive. The weather was not so good so our enjoyment of the exterior was limited. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The pillows could have been a little fluffier. A little strange that the shower had a window to the rest of the room, but when in Rome…. Heat controls were made at the desk we assume to cut costs, but it was a little strange as well. We wish some spa services were included which would have justified the cost for this off-season stay. The staff were excellent.

I had a great massage. That’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The desk clerk wasn’t too interested in checking us in because we had T-shirts and shorts on when there people walking around with jackets and ties on. They didn’t even bother describing the property to me, so we had no clue there was another set of mineral pools that were indoors until the spa folks told us. That was very discouraging and disappointing because we were spent a tremendous amount of time there, but unfortunately just stayed in the room. I felt extremely disrespected and will never go back there again. I apologize for not wearing a suit and tie however I’ve been in the car eight hours so it’s easier to travel shorts and a T-shirt on :-)

L’hôtel,hormis la chambre et la vue sur le lac, ne correspondent pas du tout au photos sur les sites de réservation. Hôtel défraîchi sur tout l’extérieur, peu entretenu, abord de piscine pas entretenu. Cela ne mérite pas le 4* sur votre site de réservation. Le restaurant était fermé, heureusement qu’il y en a un à proximité (et très bon). Beaucoup d’avis mentionnent la même déception. Il faut mettre les vraies photos pour que l’on réserve en connaissant la réalité. C’est dommage.

Quando una bella vista non basta

Esperienza negativa: Hotel che si proclama un quattro stelle superior ma totalmente da rivedere dal punto di vista della gestione, della cura degli spazi e molto altro ancora. Lo sconsiglio. Di bello ha la vista ma questo di certo non basta. (278 euro due notti). WIFI gratuito ovunque ma nella mia stanza non c'era. Spero che vogliano sistemare le tante cosine da rivedere perché è effettivamente una struttura con così tante potenzialità e non dovrebbe essere trattata in questo modo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica struttura in riva al lago ad Agosto purtroppo solo per pochi giorni. Luogo incantevole con servizi di qualità. Unica pecca sono le pulizie soprattutto negli spazi esterni (terrazzino in camera) e nella terrazza dove si mangia, dovrebbe esserci più attenzione. Camere spaziose è perfettamente arredate servizio in spiaggia eccellente. Tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo stati in questo hotel, che affaccia sul lago,dal 13 al 16 / 08. Una delle cose per cui mi è rimasto maggiormente impresso questo "hotel" è la puzza immonda che ci ha accompagnato durante il pernottamento ( assimilabile a quella di animale morto da qualche giorno) a causa di secchioni che non sono stati mai svuotati (a detta degli albergatori), quando sono andato a far presente il problema mi è stato risposto in modo sgarbato che loro non potevano farci nulla.Faccio presente che questa non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo e che già l'anno precedente ci avevano assicurato che avrebbero trovato una soluzione per la puzza. Stare in hotel con le finestre chiuse per colpa del aria irrespirabile, no è ciò che ci aspettavamo. Sono andato via, liberando una delle due stanze prenotate, avendolo segnalato mi aspettavo che la camera venisse pulita per farne usufruire i miei figli che soggiornavano li con me. Aspettative del tutto disattese, dopo le rimostranze fatte dai miei ragazzi, il titolare ha dichiarato che sarebbero stati scalati € 50, a titolo di "risarcimento" per cattivo servizio fornito. Il giorno dopo la direttrice ha affermato che non era possibile perché la parola del titolare (DATO DI FATTO) non conta nulla. Vi garantisco che sopravvivono solo per la posizione, ma questo non giustifica la scarsa attenzione che hanno verso i clienti. Scarsi sia nella gestione, che nei servizi, che nella pulizia. HOTEL DA UNA STELLA CADENTE.

Beautiful lake view

We really enjoyed our stay here! Being originally from Ronciglione it was a small dream come true to stay in this place directly facing the lake of Vico, where I grew up. The highlights of this place are the breakfast and the comfort of the rooms. The breakfast is amazing on the terrace in the quite mornings, it was unfortunate that due to covid they couldn't provide a buffet but the staff always tried to make sure that everyone had everything they needed. The room was spectacular, very large and bright and with two tiny balconies on the lake. You could see that every detail was cured here. On downside is the internet connection, which was rather poor. Fortunately we didn't have to work at all during our stay (can be quite common these days!), otherwise this was going to be a problem and it would be a pity for such a beautiful location. They mentioned there was a problem with it, i hope they fixed it. For the rest, the staff was always very helpful, especially the handy-man in charge of the garden and maintenance of the structure. A bit too expensive the complimentary activities (spa, beach, ...). But overall worth it.

Una piacevole struttura adagiata sul bordo del lago di Vico. Molto buoni i servizi, un po' piccola la camera ed il bagno, con pochi appoggi per il necessaire e per appendere asciugamani e accappatoi. Molto bella e ben strutturata la SPA. Personale molto cordiale, preparato e ben disponibile alle varie richieste effettuate. Molto bella anche la spiaggia, ben curata, con servizio ombrelloni e la piscina, in un ambiente molto tranquillo. Un po' particolare la colazione, forse a causa delle procedure imposte a causa delle limitazioni Covid, ma comunque buona. Peccato la mancanza di un punto di ricarica per auto elettriche che avrebbe sicuramente attratto più il turismo ecosostenibile.

Eine Perle, die noch poliert werden muss

Das Hotel is sehr schöne und befindet sich auf dem Seeufer. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereits, ist aber viel zu gering, um das Hotel funktionstüchtig zu halten. Internet geht nicht, das Wellness-Bereich ist ungenügend, die Behandlungen ziemlich amateurhaft. Dazu ist die Küche hervorragend (aber sehr teuer!) und die Kellner sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist toll. Die gesamte Wahrnehmung ist einer prekären Wirtschaftslage, womit die Leitung durch ein sehr kleines und leidenschaftliches Team umgeht. Alles wäre prima, wenn die Preise nicht so astronomisch wären. Die Preislage steht zu keinem Verhältniss mit der Leistung, sonst wäre das Hotel eine hübsche Perle, die schnell wachsen könnte.
