โThis is the second time we have stayed here. Love the option of being able to have 5 of us stay in the room. The staff is always nice and able to give us extra towels bags. Always having an option for breakfast.. โ
โThe room was good, quiet. The bed was adequate. I didn't like the property in front of the hotel as it looked abandoned, not kept up and that made the area appear unsafe. โ
โI've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended. Would definitely recommend staying and the prices were very reasonable! Thanks again and see you all nexr year! ๐โ
โIt was a very well maintained property. There's gas stations, stores, and multiple food options nearby.
The continental breakfast didn't have many options, but that's not a deal breaker.
The place is conveniently located to a major highway, and it was very well maintained and cleaned. Bed was comfortable.

โFront desk employees were very nice. Beyond that not too impressed but at the rate I paid, I shouldnโt complain. No one took out the trash for three days. Ice machine broke. You get what you pay forZโ
โCindy was very helpful at the desk. I was very happy with the fact of that the hotel appearance and upkeep was being taken care of. The room was clean. There's obviously a couple things that you can always improve on like maybe the showerhead being cleaned a little bit better. But I didn't feel like in some hotels where things weren't being as cleaned as this hotel was. Even the hallways were nice and clean. The floors were clean. The light breakfast could use some improvement, but like I said...
"It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. "
"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
