"This was a fine overnight stay. The pool was perfect for small kids. Breakfast had decent options for the family. "

"Booked 2 rooms for 1 night and I can guarantee we will never stay again. One room had massive stains all over the beds while just being insanely dirty throughout the whole room! On top of that the heat didnt work causing us to move rooms. The second room had staining on the bed and sheets and was also very dirty throughout the whole room. Rooms did not smell good at all. From the time we walked in until the next morning when we left we did not ceel comfortable at any point. Only positive was the night front desk employee was nice and helpful out side of that there would be zero positives! "

"I never give bad reviews, however, even though the price is affordable I would not recommend this property.The property was a bit ran down. The room smell musty and old. Bathroom was not clean, with hair in the tub and on the floor, mirrors not clean, floor felt sticky. Family in the room next to us was yelling and kids were crying most of the night. Pool is closed and this was not noted until after we booked. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast was good. The parking lot was dark. Area seems questionable due to looking dirty and we saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Our family was safe however I would not recommend if traveling with kids."

"rooms werent clean, seen body fluids in several areas of the room. sheets looked un changed shower and tub had stuff in it and hair around the tub dirty towls under sink changed room more than once just a bad property. Staff was nice "

"We were only there for a few hours on a layover, but the staff was courteous in the room was very clean."

"Poor check in. Not staff fault. System fault. Room was ech chamber for every noise in the hallway and adjoining rooms. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was clean except for certain areas. Toilet set sat crooked and would slide over while seated on. Breakfast was gross. Eggs soggy and oily feel in mouth. No oatmeal because staff couldn’t figure out how to make. Yogurt machine empty so staff member came from behind Front Desk, where she was touching all kinds of things, did not put on gloves, open the machine, squished a bag around, touched the tip of the tube that the yogurt comes out of with dirty hands and then put it back together, close it, and said here you go. Another staff member had a girlfriend hanging around with them while they were cleaning common areas. Very unprofessional, underwhelming and NOT worth the price. "

"This is the perfect hotel for early morning flights out of CLE. With breakfast included and a free shuttle to the airport, you really can't go wrong. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming at the front counter, especially Shannon. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This will always be my go-to. "
