"The Palazzo Doglio is a very elegant hotel situated within a modern plaza complex. This grand building has been renovated to a very high standard including at least four restaurants all offering Al fresco dining. It was a little haven to return to after a hot day of sightseeing around Cagliari. The staff were really friendly, readily providing information about the city and beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The rooms were clean, quiet and the balconies running round the hotel were a great space to relax and watch the bustle of the plaza from. "
"Excellent room that was cleaned daily by extremely friendly staff. Location perfect for many a night sampling the local cuisine, and transport to Poetto Beach made easy. "Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎"
"The property was lovely staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us x Beautiful setting x would stay again x parking alittle tricky as no carpark x breakfast excellent cooked to order chef onsite x shame no restaurant as food was lovely bar offered excellent light meals x Rodney the server was exceptional and made our stay fabulous x pool alittle disappointing as was plunge pool so couldn’t swim but still managed to cool down x please be aware no lift x"
