"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made."

"The AC unit in our room was extremely loud every time it turned on, and woke us up each time. We had 3 horrible nights of sleep. The breakfast was mediocre at best. If you’re going to offer a proper breakfast including eggs, please include bacon, not other random sausages. The pastries were dry etc. 2nd Homewood Suites we’ve stayed at this tip with this issue. Not planning to stay at one again."
