Front lobby staff was nice! The rooms were recently renovated. Floors were nice and the bed was comfortable. Wish the comforter on the bed was nicer. Overall, this was exactly what we needed for the night.

When I checked in, I could barely breathe, the gentleman behind the desk smelt so bad I could’ve vomited. We felt unsafe at this hotel, there were people living there and our bathroom tub was disgusting. We paid for two nights, but because of the hotel conditions, we only stayed one. It was awful.

I had a reservation made several days prior for an adaptive room. When I received my key and went to that room, it was obvious that someone had slept

Wouldn't stay

We ended up not actually staying here. It was gross, unsafe, and the bottoms of the doors didn't have any weather stripping and big gaps allowed roaches in. The clerk at the front desk was very kind and as helpful as he could be. This location is right across the street from an adult rehabilitation center... There were lots of people wandering around that were obviously fighting inner demons of drug addiction

The room was dirty the towels were dirty, the bathroom was full of mold, the ceiling in the bathroom was FULL of mold. The bed was luckily clean but the floor was dirty, couldnt walk without shoes. The room felt humid and it had a bad smell.

This hotel is actually a motel in a bad area of town. We saw two different rooms, both had security locks that were broken as if the doors had been kicked in. It was 3am so we almost stayed anyway, until men with guns came out of the room next door. We waited until they cleared out and then we left. The front desk staff member was not surprised by the goings-on and actually seemed confused as to why we would want to leave.

I do not agree with charging a deposit if there is nothing in the minibar. Breakfast without food. Air conditioning stinks and is dirty. I have a cold because of the air conditioning. I do not recommend it. And please stop tex me.

Shaddy hotel unclean establishment

I asked for Early check in cause They offered it and no rooms were available. The young Man in the front was very nice. I felt bad for him. The breakfast room was unkept and milk was spoiled The outside garbage can was overflowing with trash 🗑️. Our room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. They were people smoking marijuana outside the whole freaking night I paid extra for late checkout and one of the employees came twice to wake up My wife to check out. Also the shower tub had cigarettes burn marks. I definitely will never stay here again Me and my wife felt very unsafe Stay away from this hotel Thanks

The second we pulled into the parking lot we noticed a younger shirtless guy on a bicycle circling the pool area and cars parked around it. As soon as we pulled our pick up truck into the hotel portico to check in, he started casing our truck and us, clearly looking around to see what he get out of our truck. When I approached the front door, it was locked. The clerk directed me to then pass my cards and id through a bullet proof glass window hole. I asked if he would let me inside to check in since there was a guy outside actively casing me and my vehicle. The clerk refused. I asked if would call the police to have the man on the bicycle removed from the property since he wasn't a guest. The clerk refused to do that to. When the clerk watched another homeless man with leaking bandages and no shoes cross the street and come onto the hotel property and use the pool area. I wouldn't stay at that hotel if it was the last on earth and Expedia should remove it from it's platform immediately.

For the money it’s fine. Small issues that I could live with (just went there to sleep) Good size room & bathroom. Modern design. 80% clean. Few mentions: 1) Top blanket had a few faded stains, but sheets & pillows seemed ok. 2) Shower handles & head were visibly smudged (soap buildup & prints) 3) Was some rust areas in bathroom 4) Toilet was not tight to the floor 5) No hangers - odd not 1 6) No hot water until I was nearly done after maybe 8-9 minutes it came out. Lastly, lots of younger people out & about after midnight “partying” but inside my room was quiet. I would not say super safe outside the room - probably would not stay with wife & kids unless I had to.

I was only there for 1 night for work and I stayed in room 123. Unfortunately, there was screaming next door until 6 AM. we called hotel staff, and the cops even came at one point. After the cops left, there was still more screaming and banging on the doors. they even tried to enter our door at one point. This should have been handled better.

This is not a Wyndham the pictures are extremely misleading ! This is a literal motel 6 the rooms smell like cigarettes and reaks of marijauna! I checked out within an hour WITHOUT a refund that’s how bad it was. Half naked women who are clearly nefarious roam the premises also. Wyndham and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even promoting this crack den.
