Lovely hotel very centrally located. Pedestrian street outside with restaurants conveniently nearby. A little bit difficult to find the hotel parking lot with GPS but helpful staff got us there in the end!

Great staff

The staff were so friendly. They let us check in early as we’re really tired from our flight and needed a nap and they upgraded us to a bigger room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location in the centre of Roskilde, restaurant/pub at the front of the hotel on the main shopping street. Decent food. No facilities in the room (kettle) That was the only downside.

All the staff were wonderful. The hotel is centrally located. You are right in the center and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Ask for room 103. Visit the Thanksgiving Gallery only minutes away for excellent local art.

Lovely hotel, clean and right in the city center. Light breakfast option available. Unfortunately, just stairs, no elevator to the third floor rooms. Excellent staff was able to relocate us to the first floor.

Hotel location in the city center. Nice older hotel with older style interior. The room was old and could use an upgrade. Bathroom was fresh. Everything clean. Would stay there again.

We had an upstairs room, which was warm, but there were fans supplied and a big openable window which helped dissipate the heat. The shower did not drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This was rectified by staff the next day Unfortunately, the building is old and the carpet in the rooms and corridors need a good steam clean. The charging of 35DKK per paper cup coffee from a self serve machine seemed mean, considering the cost of the room. The car park was difficult to find ...perhaps the hotel could have sent instructions with the booking confirmation, prior to arrival. The location was great.overall, the hotel was fine, just in need of some goodwill and a deeper clean

The staff in reception were very nice. For us the room was very below standard for the price that we paid. We only had one pillow each to sleep on and there were no extras in the room. No beverage making facilities in the room. There was a hot drinks machine downstairs but it was dkk 35 each. There was also no phone in the room to call for reception etc and the mattress on the bed was very thin. So overall the hotel we thought was not worth the money spent to stay.
