Enjoyed the brief stay, ideally located as it is a stone's throw from the train, Metro and Tram stop, cash point next door, easy to get to the Eurostar as well. Also the food in the restaurant next door was delicious. Recommended.

Firstly I booked a double comfort room but was given a double budget economy room. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.
On checking in was told to pay an extra 125 euros. 75 euro damage deposit and 55 euros overnight tax.
Expedia did not make me aware of this. I now realise that I was overcharged in the overnight tax as I was a solo traveller.
My room was not ready until 3.40pm

Voor 1 nacht is het goed. Alleen een bed douche en wc die allemaal schoon waren. Dit wisten we van te voren dat het geen luxe hotel was. Wel een ruimte waar je kunt zitten voor algemeen gebruik met een keuken.

Jeg skriver til dere fordi jeg tror jeg har blitt belastet dobbelt for merverdiavgift (mva.) på min bestilling.
Da configure bestillingen min på nettsiden, betalte jeg allerede mva./avgifter. Likevel måtte jeg betale 17,5 euro ekstra i toll/mva. da pakken ankom Posten (HeltHjem/DHL).
Det virker som om VOEC-nummeret deres (hvis dere er registrert) ikke var registrert riktig på pakken, eller at det har skjedd en feil som gjorde at tollvesenet krevde inn avgiften på nytt.
Kan dere vennligst sjekke dette og refundere de 17,5 euroene jeg måtte betale ekstra? Jeg har lagt ved kvittering på begge betalingene
