"We have always enjoyed our stays at the Criterion however it is in need of repair and renovation. The TV in our room didn't work but as we were in the city for meetings it was not so important. The Hotel is good value for money in the CBD and we will stay again as we have before on many occasions. "

"Great staff and service at this old world style stay. A free drink card upon checking in and super friendly and helpful staff was what made the stay special. The room and ensuite were not luxurious but certainly clean and functional and as an overnight stay heading elsewhere it served us well. The restaurant was great and it’s easy walking to all Fremantle sights. "

"The only items that may have improved our stay would be perhaps luggage racks at the room entry to allow easy access to suitcases and a rethink about the beautifully aesthetic black rack that provided little usable space for clothing and the fridge at such a low level that it is difficult to access…. I am extremely grateful to housekeeping staff who located a ring I left behind and to the front office staff who have arranged for this to be returned to me. The hotels location is perfect for...
