“The apartment was great for our stay in Cannes (2 adults and 2 children) and the location was fantastic! Near shopping, restaurants and beach. We had a great time and can recommend staying here.”

“After two previous visits, it was sadly a disappointing stay at La Reserve. It is clear the hotel’s standards have slipped since our first visit in 2024. Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also...

“During the night, the air conditioning repeatedly turned itself back on even after I switched it off several times. The room became extremely cold, and I was unable to get a proper night's sleep. When I reported the issue the next morning, it was fixed immediately. While I appreciated the quick resolution, I had already lost an entire night of sleep. What disappointed me most was the lack of any apology. The staff member handled the issue in a cold and matter-of-fact manner, and I left...
