Lovely town!

Good location with a lovely view of the harbour. Waking to old town and bars. The only problem is parking expensive unless you park over 30 walk uphill away

Lovely stay in Rovinj

We had an enjoyable stay. Petra was very helpful with parking and we were able to check in early. The residence is right in the centre and just a couple of minutes from the sea. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Despite its central location, the room was quiet at night which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return.

Great location!

Very small room and very small bathroom which is probably typical in rovinj given the age of the buildings. Great location near everything. Kitchenette came in handy to make breakfast. Host was great. Noisy at night unless you close windows and turn on the fan.

The Residence Carera was a great location. Super close to the harbor and many restaurants. The apartment was adequate. We happened to be there during their St. Euphemia Festival, which meant loud concerts from Friday through Sunday, but when the windows were closed, it kept most of the sound out. The music was good, too! The only issue is no black-out curtains, so bring a sleeping mask.

The property is quite dated, the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The shower never drained properly and it smelled funky. Someone entered our room without knowledge. The host was attentive and gave us some quick knowledge on area and restaurants.

This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. Overall we would recommend staying here, but a few things to note: 1. the room did not have full blinds. While the harbour view was wonderful during the day, it was quite bright at night. Bring an eye mask. 2. If you’re coming by car, parking is quite a distance to walk in. We managed fine and had backpacks which made the cobblestone hill streets easier to manage. The parking was quite expensive for one. night, but the area was safe and secure.

Location is stunning, perfect position in Rovinj Old Town. Comfortable beds and very clean. Cleaner changed towels etc 2 days in of 4, very nice, and immediately brought us beach towels, when requested. We didn’t cook at all, but there was sufficient facilities to do basic meals. No microwave, no toaster, but 2 rings. Bathroom has no window, and is quite small and basic, but it had a ventilation fan. The position of the apartment is such that you wouldn’t mind these smaller things, it is quite perfect.

Fantastisk beliggenhet!

Flott og romslig leilighet med god aircondition, veldig greit med kjøleskap og vannkoker. Beliggenheten er veldig god med nærhet til både gamlebyen og strand. To min å gå til båten som tar deg ut til Katarina og den fineste stranden etter vår mening. Det eneste som ikke fungerte var at dobbeltsengen besto av to enkeltsenger som skled fra hverandre og dette blir enda mer uheldig når man deler på et dobbeltlaken.

Great place to stay in Rovinj.

The room was comfortable and clean, and in a great location. Host told us of a great Italian restaurant.....It was so good we ate there twice....and we were only there one day and night. The restaurant was “Soto Latina”

Great location

Residence La Carera was ideally located in the old town. There was pedestrian traffic on the street our rental was located on but it was always quiet in the evening and at night. There was no sea view as the listing implied. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of room to spread out in the bedroom. On the negative side, the bedroom was on the floor above the sitting area, bathroom and very small kitchen eating area. The steps to the bedroom were somewhat narrow and turned and they might be difficult for someone who can’t climb many stairs. Having the bathroom on a different floor from the bedroom might be an inconvenience for some people. We did run out of hot water on the first shower taken. The building itself was nice and the manager, Claudia was very friendly and helpful. The areas in which to pay to park are about a five minute walk away.

You walk out your door and you see see most beautiful cobblestone streets combined with antique buildings yet upscale stores shopping and restaurants were excellent You should stay here if you want a nice clean place and in the heart of everything i rented a bike and took a beautifully paved bike path along entire coast i will definitely return i miss you already Ravinj!

Claudia was extremely helpful and kind. I was given a room in another property be cause of a movie being filmed, but it was closer to the marina. My stay was wonderdul; Rovinj is a lovely town.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful place. Truly comfortable beds. Easy to get to the place. We were very lucky since parking was free due to holidays. We did not have problems to find a place to park. Claudia’s recommendations were perfect. We went to Puntalina Restaurant, which she suggested, and it was delicious and with a great view. We had a great stay at Residence La Carera. If I could say something to improve, maybe the only thing could be that the refrigerator is a little nosy at night, but nothing major.

Nice over night stay in Rovinj.

Pleasant stay in a very good location. Close to old town. Our room had a very nice view of the harbor. The room was very big, clean and was perfect for our short stay.

The location of our apartment was excellent. However, t The location of our apartment was excellent. However, the pictures of the apartment were very misleading. It showed a view of the bay. There was absolutely no view. The apartment was very crowded for three people. There was no space to put away clothes. One dresser in the living room held cooking utensils. My son, who is 6‘1“ and 195 pounds referred to the shower as his shower ”coffin”. Very very small. Impossible for a lady to shave her legs. If you’re looking for a good location I would recommend this place. If you’re looking for comfort, keep the game looking.
