Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. "Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!"

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."
