The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. "The room was great and the common area is nice too. WiFI and AC worked great. My only complaint is that I couldn't find anyone when I tried to check in. There is no office. Everything is conducted remotely. Once I was clued into this, it went much more smoothly - but for awhile I thought I might have to just leave and find another place."
