It is far from the city, but it has a station very accesible, then it has near supermarkets and and outlet shopping with very good prices. The main advantage was the hotel shuttle, one disadvantage is that there are not much restaurants near.
Ok, more isolated and seemed like industrial area. Only stayed for one night, so didn’t mind.

Easy train ride into main station. Close to airport but quiet.

Convenient to airport and Zurich; nothing much to do specifically around the area.
