The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The facilities are great with an excellent (and surprisingly big) garden. The volcanic tunnel on the property is huge and worth the visit by itself.

An Incredible Experience
Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze.
