North Conway Grand Hotel

"It was out first time here and it was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and the only minor complaint was they said they clean the rooms daily so we were expecting our used towels to be picked up, the bed to made etc... but no one ever came. Other than that we enjoyed everything about the hotel and we would definitely go back!"

"This was our second day at this particular location. And this specific hotel. It’s always very clean. They have everything covered. Staff could not have been nicer. Bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious water pressure was great. We liked staying in the back of the building so we had a view of the trees that were still changing color. Convenient location to everything."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant situation was misleading. The description makes it sounds like there are two- the brasserie and Legends restaurant. These are essentially the same and share the same menu. We booked because we wanted a nice onsite restaurant for our wedding anniversary but having eaten in the brasserie the night before and waited an hour for pretty average food we cancelled and ate elsewhere. The food at breakfast was good though"

"We had a fabulous time on our birthday getaway. The staff at the Christmas farm inn were incredible. They made sure every day that we had our needs met. When we first checked in, we were greeted warmly with our names on a chalkboard saying happy birthday! They made our stay extra special, they gave us a birthday card at dinner and nice little notes in our room. Attention to detail is so rare, but you will find it here!"
