“Hotel is near MG marg. Winter green premium rooms have good view of mountain if weather is clear. Hotel has a lift which is very rare in Gangtok. Tamarind restaurant serves very delicious food, bit pricey but quality is worth it. And was served very well by Sajana in restaurant. “Spotlessly clean room. Heater was brought to us immediately, since it is cool in January. Hotel staff were endlessly polite and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, jam and toast. Altogether a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the mountains and valleys in my favorite part of India. Hoping to come back again! ”

“We had an amazing 2 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet part of town near the Secretariat building and across the street from the former king’s palace complex. We were told that the building was a guest house for royal guests. The building has 5 floors and each floor has 4-5 rooms, all with a view of the mountains. We stayed at the top floor with access to the terrace. Be aware that there is no elevator. The staff was very friendly and nice. There are no eating places nearby...
