“Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken”

“What a lovely quaint hotel. Upon arrival the exterior looks a little ragged and in need of some refurbishment. What a surprise when i went inside. Lovely, well kept wall paper and carpets in designs that match the age of the property. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated as the carpet was perfect and the bathroom was pristine! The shower was incredibly powerful and beautifully hot. Alongside the normal fluffy white towels was a lovely little toiletry set which was unexpected for...

“Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone”

“Checkin not the best - the young man checking our party in looked down at his screen while talking to us - so was difficult to hear what he said . Surprised that we were asked if we wanted our rooms ‘refreshed’ each day . Paying for the 3 rooms couldn’t for some reason be done in one payment - so 3 separate payments had to be done - which of course took longer .”

“Managed to get an early check in which was a great help. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and had a good evening meal. Very handy location”
