"When we booked this hotel, we didn't realize it was in the area it was in. While the desk clerk was very friendly and courteous, the hotel nor the area would be something we would stay in again."
"We stayed at the Sheraton Resort Villas, Kauai from July 14 - July 21, 2026. Our room was clean, and we had housekeeping every day. We were able to cook in our room, which had a stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room also had a washer/dryer combo as well. The resort was clean. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and reserved a beach cabana for one day. The service at the pool and on the beach was good. The food and drinks from Lavas restaurant/bar were good. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Rum Fire restaurant. The resort was a very short distance to shopping and other dining establishments. We took a day cruise to see the Na Pali Coast, and the catamaran location was only about a 25 minute drive from the resort. We also drove to Waimea Canyon and the many lookouts (about an hour drive), and enjoyed a picnic lunch while there. Concerns: While we could control the thermostat, and turn the air on/off, when the air did turn on, it was extremely cold and the vent blew very cold air over the bed area when it ran both day and night. There was no control on the air vent. After asking for assistance with this issue and not receiving any, I put a hand towel up by the vent to detour much of the cold air. I also feel that the extra fee (not uncommon) for parking ($40/day for self parking, and $60 per day for valet parking, both are plus tax), is a bit extreme, and probably should be included in the daily room rate, rather than an extra charge."
"Property is beautiful and lush. The pictures do it no justice. Staff was very nice. We ate at the restaurant there 4 times, the good was great! Especially the pizzas and BBQ."
"Our villa was positioned so er had a beautiful shaded patio facing across a well groomed lawn to a row of tall palm trees framing a view of the ocean. The grounds were immaculate!"
