Technical issues with good results
"The Hotel had technical problems when we got there. Our room was incorrect. They did compensate me with a suite since there were no king accessible rooms available. The young man was very patient and professional and i let his boss know how well he handled things. Happy with the outcome."

"This was our third time staying at this property but in different units. The unit was spacious and well maintained. The only issue (which we didn't communicate) was the half bath toilet would often run after use. Not a big deal overall, it was great."
