The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely picturesque and relaxing environment. The service is spectacular and friendly. Giulia is fantastic she made our stay welcoming from our first arrival through departure. I absolutely appreciate a tour of the wine cantina and tasting.
Great hospitality. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, child and dog friendly. The place is brand new, they make their own wine and most of the ingredients for the restaurant. Surprisingly great food to a good price. The breakfast was amazing with home made warm cornetti. Highly reccomend.
What a wonderful experience. The room was large and comfortable, check in was a breeze, pool was amazing and the dinner we had was the best we had in the 3 weeks we were in Italy.
This was a return visit…. This time in the warmer weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and deck area…. Excellent ! The rooms are simply appointed but are clean comfortable and relaxing. My room (and I believe most or all ) have an outdoor area table and chairs area in a beautiful garden setting. We did get an opportunity to sample the food and again we enjoyed everything… Also their own wine is really very good. We bought a few bottles to ring home.
But for me the top feature of this property is the staff … because this is a boutique size hotel (less than 10 rooms I think) the staff to guest ratio is very high … and they are eager to make your stay the best it can be…. The manager Julia is a gem always making sure you have whatever you need …

Disliked: Amenities
The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there.
The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. These terraces were also continuously monitored by cameras. The key card failed repeatedly; after the second failure, our calls and messages were ignored until the following day and only addressed after we complained in person.
The reception area was unbearably loud for hours, with speakerphone conversations clearly audible in adjoining rooms. Drilling took place on the first day. We also felt constantly monitored by the hostess, while promised restaurant recommendations were never provided.
Guest information was openly visible on a monitor, and printed CVs were left unattended on a table. The bathroom had visible mould or moisture damage, and the pool-cleaning robot remained in the pool until late morning.
The food was mediocre and not worth €60 per person: the baccalà was dry and tasteless, the salsa bland and the gnocchi oversalted. Only the beef cheek was good. The red wine was excessively acidic, the spumante unremarkable and breakfast disappointing, with a mediocre croissant and industrial-tasting lemon cake.
The beautiful setting cannot compensate for these avoidable shortcomings. We will not return, for sure
