“가성비 좋고 직원들 친절하며, 침구 상태도 좋았습니다. 다만, 방 바닥에 긴 머리카락이 돌아다니는 등 청소 상태가 조금 아쉬웠고, 조식 서비스는 없다고 보아야 합니다. 엘리베이터 옆에 커피 등을 먹게 해놨는데, 오전 7시에 가보니 커피 외에는 아무 것도 없었습니다. 유럽식 조식 서비스가 무료로 제공된다는 안내는 삭제해 주시기 바랍니다.”

“Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself.”

“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. “This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels.
