Malmaison Newcastle
We upgraded for my birthday for the 3 days and our room was only cleaned the once. Had to ask house keeping for loo roll and clean towels and to top up tea/coffee disappointing as friends had stayed here and highly recommended it to us.

A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night!
