"Not a business trip. Did not have occasion to use the A/C. Very impressed with this establishment. Very clean,and well appointed. Have rooms that are truly suites, for a reasonable rate. Bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and a full kitchen. Only two concerns noted, the first one very minor. They had implemented a new computer system just four days before, which was being troublesome. This caused some mild delay with my check-in. The clerk was very apologetic and friendly, however. The second issue was more concerning. The bed, while very comfortable, was very low, almost as if there was no frame to hold the box and mattress (there was). This can be very probllematic for those with back and/or lower body difficulties. The"

"Stayed here for one night. Was clean, comfortable, not to big on the breakfast but had alot of variety. "

"The room location was great, the room itself needed to be cleaned, deeply cleaned. There were dried fruit cereal pieces around the window, hair in the tub, the floor near the bed closest to the window was tacky, not quite sticky but almost, the head boards to the beds had both hand prints and white splatters, it was clear they don't get wiped down. The bathroom shower had a constant leak that would hit the tub spout and make a service bell kind of ringing noise so we kept two hand towels over it, the toilet handle likes to get stuck and make the toilet run. The elevator certificate is out of date, it DESPERATELY needs servicing!!! It malfunctioned twiced. The emergency alarm came on, the brakes made a screeching noise and it landed so hard it hurt my legs and spine, the second time was the same but my spouse was with me and we both looked at each other and decided to switch hotels. The continental breakfast is okay, I have food allergies with the worst being wheat (not gluten) and so do my kids (it's genetic) so it was very limited for options but there was yogurt, eggs, fruit and a protein option each day. Hotel staff for check in, check out were very friendly and helpful."

"I enjoy this hotel and the homey atmosphere. The breakfast is ok, but could use some low carb options. For the first time in my many stays here there were some cleanliness issues. I will stay here again"

"Centrally located in downtown, but the hotel is quite rundown. Needs a refresh across the board. Old tech, nearly unusable TV and remote/guide. Staff very friendly! "
