โHave stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. โ
โ2nd visit to this hotel. Centrally located, so beach, shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep and within a 5 min walk. Check in fast and efficient. We had a standard room which was spacious, clean and modern. Comfortable bed and air con worked well. Maid service was excellent. We always found sunbeds. We preferred to sunbathe on the grassed chill out area to the side of the hotel and above the access to the beach. Although we had breakfast included, we never took up the option.
In summary,...
โThe greatest stay we have ever had. Probably the best beach in the whole area in comparison to the others close by.

โWe returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days.
The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel.
Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...

โWe stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and would stay again. The room was a very decent size as was the bathroom. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the closest beach and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the town.
The room had an air conditioning unit which we didnโt expect. However we had no remote for this for the first 2 days (not a problem for us) however on our third day we got the remote and it worked perfectly. The room was clean and tidy.
