"This is newly remodeled, and we had a great stay. Our room was not on the pool side, which saved us $ and was quieter. Great food: unlimited brunch was just super. Something for everyone. "We stayed in a junior suite and our view was amazing. We loved the balcony and watching the sun over the water. I was excited to find that they provided a flat iron in addition to a hairdryer in the bathroom. We also loved the living area and the side table Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast was incredible, probably the best I’ve ever had. We loved playing pool, buying coffee from the cafe and laying out at the pool. The decor was amazing and the hotel employees were so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!"

Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis Superior

"This was our third stay at Son Caliu and it remains somewhere we genuinely love returning to. The hotel has a calm, Mediterranean feel and is perfect for switching off. Our standard room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as returning guests. The only downside was occasional corridor noise. Days were split between the pool and beach. The beach is still wonderfully peaceful, but the pool area felt busier than previous visits, with larger groups not always being mindful of noise, which slightly changed the usual relaxed atmosphere. We also happened to be there during a World Cup match, and the usually quiet Capricho Bar was full of British guests watching the game together, which was a fun touch. The main disappointment was dining. We tried half board, but the first evening was stressful due to difficulties explaining a nut allergy and lack of flexibility with the menu. Although it improved the next night, we chose to eat out instead. Thankfully there are great local restaurants nearby, and breakfast at the hotel remains excellent. We also used the spa before our late flight, which was a nice way to end the stay. Special thanks to Danny at the bar and a lovely member of the garden bar team for their warm, friendly service. Overall, we’ll definitely return, but next time we’ll stick to bed and breakfast."

"My second stay at the Gabarda and would defiantly return. Nice friendly staff who work incredibly hard. The cleaners came daily - fresh towels, good choice of breakfast cooked fresh. It states NO hen/stag large group bookings yet two turned up during my stay and a few younger guest whereas last year it was mainly over 40's but the staff dealt with them swiftly when a problem with noise."

"We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful. We really enjoyed talking to the staff who were all really fantastic. The General Manager was superb too. She was often seen around the property chatting with guests We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay and hope to return one day."
