location was good walking distance to everywhere description stated staff spoke english and there was free breakfast in the mornings, both of these was not the case no restaurant as advised on booking with a morning of rain there was flooding in the room

小さなホテルですが、設備は必要十分で清潔。フロントの女性、スタッフの女性２人とも笑顔が素敵で好印象でした。 ランドリーサービスを２回ほど利用しましたが、時間がかかるだろうと思っていたらすぐに（その日の夕方と、翌朝）できあがって驚きました。その他、レンタルバイクなどのリクエストにも誠実に応えてくれました。 サパの観光の中心部からは少し外れますが、小さい街なのでどこに歩いて行くにも不便はないです。むしろ静かな環境でいいです。

Arrivé à l'aube par le bus de nuit en provenance de Hanoi, j'ai bénéficié d'un check in anticipé et d'un surclassement dans ce petit hôtel de 11 chambres où j'ai séjourné deux nuits. Chambre spacieuse, propre. Pas d'air conditionné, mais un bon ventilateur. Grande tv murale avec de nombreuses chaînes étrangères (CNN, TV5 monde). Salle de bains correcte avec douche rudimentaire réduite à un tuyau branché directement sur le lavabo. Inutile de souscrire via Expédia, pour un euro de plus, à l'option Petit Déjeuner qui se limite à une boisson chaude et à une omelette avec deux saucisses. Personnel adorable. Possibilité de réserver à l'accueil des billets pour le téléphérique à destination du sommet de Fusipan, qui vaut vraiment le déplacement.

Clea, friendly hotel

Lovely room, very clean and close to the Sapa Market and bus station. If you have trouble with stairs, may be a problem as there is no lift. We stayed in room 305. Faced the back of hotel with a lovely view of the lake.
