"This was a wonderful place to stay in guanica. Its a 5 minute walk to playa santa, and 15 min walk to playa jungla. The place was incredibly clean and the layout was perfect for my family of 7. The kids love playing on the private balcony and the locals are so kind and hospitable. Will definitely be planning another stay."

"The ac in the unit was terrible and did not cool the unit. Sad because i saw this comment in the reviews and thought it would have been fixed. The tv was not real time. It seem to be a streaming service. I had terrible cell service and the power went out almost every day. Overall we did not spend too much time in the room to let it affect our vacation. "

"The apartment was roomy but should be cleaner, mold in the shower, gum stuck under night table, stained and chipped doors. Bad ventilation in kitchen - dinning area... windows didn't have screens so opening let in flies and mosquitoes and cooking made the area smoky cause they have no extractor. AC in bedroons only, kitchen and dinning and living room area hot all time. Smoke detector was broken. Got pictures if interested."

"The property was nice. The Manager Harry was super helpful. The property is new and should be great when the kinks are worked out. Just know what we learned. We had several issues due to it being a new property. Our reservation was for 3 people we were given a room for 2. They had to bring a futon in for our daughter. There was 3 knives no other utensils, plastic plates that shouldn’t go in microwave. The toiletries were empty but Harry brought some 😀. The pool was just getting filled...

"The villa was very clean and quiet most of our visit. Amenities for the kids and a peaceful setting near the water. Weekends were busier and louder but that’s because each unit is situated close to the other. Friendly security staff and the hosts provided clear directions and assistance. "

"The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. "

"The property was very accommodating. They provided everything you need for a day at the beach. The were a few little issues like the shower in the hallway, water wasn’t going down and it had a little smell.we had trouble trying to figure out witch lock had the keys to the apartment. They should label all the locks with the apartment numbers to get the keys to get in. Only rooms had ac but besides that it’s a beautiful property and we were there just to sleep because we were out exploring Cabo...

"La entrada del resort era espléndida. Muchos hermosos bonsai, cactus y arboles. El personal es atento y amable. El cuarto muy acogedor y limpio. Jacuzzi climatizado en el área de la piscina. Gazebo flotante ideal para tomar unos tragos y pasar tiempo con tu pareja. Hay áreas de juego y piscina para los niños. Entrar al Spa es como entrar en otra dimensión, muy relajante. La salida hacia la Isla Gilligan te permite conectar con la naturaleza y explorar mucho."
