Nice property, Staff was pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping and little inconsistency. Overall a positive staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice plus.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,523 reviews)
Disappointing experience at the Swissotel. The rooms were not very clean and had to call the concierge a few times due to missing items such as an iron and toiletries. Otherwise, a decent stay if you have low expectations.
