"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything was ready upon arrival, which made the check-in smooth and easy. "I can’t say enough good things about the state we had at the Cairo Marriott hotel. I unfortunately had a fall the day before a tour was supposed to start, and we had to book additional nights. The staff went out of their way to help us. They went above and beyond in helping us. This would start with them seeing me arrive in a wheelchair and giving us a room that would be more comfortable given my injury, to the next morning Ali Yousef, who was from the house, cleaning staff, seeing the injury and letting us know there was a doctor on staff who could come and see me. Because of Ali‘s help, I was able to get in for emergency surgery within 12 hours. After surgery, everyone went out of their way to help, this included, Clara, Maria, Nadine, and others at the concierge desk. In the lounge, Behairy, Mousad and Mounir, and many others, truly the entire lounge staff, would ensure that I was taken care of. In the hair salon, they were able to wash my hair, which I couldn’t do on my own. For 12 days, under what were very difficult circumstances, everyone was as kind and as good as could be. I went to the hotel, knowing no one, and left with a new family. On top of all that, the hotel itself is beautiful, and we were able to do the tour of it while I was recuperating. Our room was wonderful, and the food very good."

And Mohamed was an amazing driver, Friend, and tour guide. All of the staff was amazing. The view was unbelievable. I have never felt so much love from people when visiting another country. We can’t wait to come back to Egypt!!!!"
