Sahara Desert, Africa hotel rooms at the Independent

"Most of the staff were welcoming and professional. They were very protective of their guests which I like very much. Safety of guests was one of their main priorities. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a good area which is less than five minutes drive from Cairo International Airport. Food was above average. Work seems to be taking place at the hotel during the day so it was very noisy. Overall, my stay was good."

"This hotel it’s perfect if you want to have breakfast in front of the pyramids, it can’t get any better than the view they have. It’s clean, they’re working on the elevator and other areas, but in general its ok. The breakfast its very authentic, with different side dishes and wonderful bread and coffee, but Ali Baba makes you feel very welcome, he made our breakfast time the best.
