"Overall it’s really only a 3 star BnB. The check in experience is not as welcomed, the staff had a rather cold attitude. The room is not as clean as the reviews by other people. The floor is not clean and very dusty-just walked barefoot about 10 minutes you get black feet. The shower head is leaking. The yellow chaise lounge is very old and weary, the fabrics got so many stains! The bedside lamps were off-we had to fix the bulbs in order to get it working. The air con filter was super dusty...

"The hotel looks exactly the same as the pictures. We had 6 people and stayed in two big rooms. The rooms are spacious, with 2 queen beds, very clean. "This is a very good quality hotel. Rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast has many options. Staff are very helpful. It has a decent size pool with sunbeds (unfortunately these have no padding. The private beach is excellent and has great facilities. Surprisingly enough for such a large hotel, apart from at breakfast it never felt crowded. The town of Kenting is 10 minute walk away with a vast array of places to eat. "
